Licensed Brokerage Support Representative

Lightspeed Financial Services Group is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our remote team in Texas. This role is ideal for an individual with experience supporting active traders and familiarity with trading platforms such as DAS Trader Pro and/or Trader Workstation.

As a member of a highly collaborative remote team, candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and participating in ongoing communication through Microsoft Teams throughout the day.

The Client Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support through Slack, email, and occasional phone interactions. In addition to client communications, this role is responsible for supporting daily operational processes, account-related inquiries, platform assistance, and other service functions that contribute to a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trading operations 
• Series 7, 63 required
• Series 57 preferred or obtained within 90 days
• Equity and options experience.
• Strong analytical skills and technical fluency with data
• Proficient understanding of the equity and option markets and trade processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and clearing firm.
• Highly motivated and tenacious individual, with a proven ability to take initiative and work independently and within a team
• Proficient with Microsoft excel
• Familiarity with retail equity and option trading platforms, including DAS Trader Pro and TraderWorkstation

Salary range:

Salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience with an annual discretionary bonus.
