Accordingly, we will ask for your name, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you and the entity on behalf of which you are applying for an account. We will request a copy of your government-issued photo ID. Corporations, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, Trusts or other legal entities will need to provide other information, such as principal place of business, employer identification number, articles of incorporation, operating agreement, trust agreement, or additional pertinent entity documents.
